Payments are handled by our payment processors — we never see or store your card or bank numbers.

How we use it

To run your membership: scheduling classes and sessions, sending confirmations and reminders, replying when you write, and sharing association news you have asked to receive.

What we never do

Your information is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising. It stays within the tools the association uses to operate, and nowhere else.

The site uses only what it needs to function — no advertising trackers, no third-party ad cookies.

Your choices

You can update your details on your account page, unsubscribe from emails at any time, or ask us to delete your information entirely when you leave the association.

Keeping it safe

We keep your information only while you are a member (plus what bookkeeping requires), on infrastructure we control, protected with reasonable and current security measures.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Meaningful changes will be shared with members directly.
