A life built in the body

Mateo Danza is an internationally recognized ballet dancer and teacher, and a healer specializing in rehabilitation from chronic pain.

His works moves along one line; the body is where change actually happens. Whether at the barre, the table, the theater, or in stillness, each practice is an invitation to notice what is held, transform what is finished, and imagine what could be different.

That conviction — claiming self authority above all else — is what Sahvren means, and it shapes everything within this private members association.

A private membership association

Everything here happens inside

Sahvren is not a storefront. It is a private membership association — a circle of people who choose to gather by consent, outside the public square.

Joining is free. Membership is the door: every class, session, and program is offered to members only. Step through once, and the whole of the work is open to you.
